We are a community working to improve our lives and lives within our community through community, fitness and healthy lifestyle. We are real people, all of our coaches use the same programming as our athletes. Having been around numerous personal and CrossFit trainers I am amazed at how often this is not the case. Why wouldn’t the training they have for you (scaled appropriately) not be right for them as well?
We like to have fun and believe that maintaining an environment where we can work and play hard together is one of the keys to sustainable health and fitness.
